This spectacular example of early craftsmanship was built in 1856 (some records say 1876) and was one of the first homes of this stature documented. A lot of the ornate crown molding, fireplaces, wall tiles, built in cabinets, open curved staircase, hard wood flooring and much more are still original to the house. Beautiful lighting and window designs, along with the other vintage features would allow this house to be restored to its original beauty. Of course, it needs much work and updating, but the electrical has been updated, the furnace works, the water/plumbing was functional until it was manually shut off recently.
