REAL ESTATE: This very large historic home sits on a .63-acre lot an. It is known as the “Judge Alfred Craig” house. This spectacular example of early craftsmanship was built in 1856 and was one of the first homes of this stature documented. Ornate crown molding, fireplaces, wall tiles, built in cabinets, open curved staircase, hard wood flooring and trim and much more are still original to the house. Beautiful lighting and window designs, along with the other vintage features would allow this house to be restored to its original beauty. There are over 16 rooms on both floors with kitchens, bathrooms, multiple bedrooms, parlors, dining rooms and more. The attic and basement are also full. You must see the property to appreciate the charm of this old house. TERMS: This is an As-Is auction. A non-refundable 5000.00 deposit will be required by the successful bidder on auction day, with the remaining balance to be pd. in full in approx. 30 days.
