The location of the auction is NOT on site due to HOA regulations. When one of these homes are purchased, the buyer owns the home, but not the exterior yard, etc. There is a bi-annual maintenance fee of 500.00 that covers yard maintenance, snow removal, street repairs, and the use of all member facilities.
