PROPERTY DISCRIPTION: This Tract of 80 acres, more or less, is located in the East Half of the South West Quarter of Section 25 in Victoria Township. To locate the Tract, travel 4.8 miles north of Williamsfield on Rt. 180 to Knox Rd. 1950 N, then turn east 7/10th of a mile to the farm. This Tract has frontage on Knox Rd. 1950 N. There is a township road bordering the east side of the property allowing access to the entire Tract. The FSA map indicates 59.2 acres of cropland with the remainder in waterways and timber. It is classified as highly erodible land with several soil types including Rozetta, Lawson and Hickory. The ground rolls to a creek that runs through the north end of the property.
