The following Tracts of land will be sold at the Galva American Legion located at 45 Wallace St Galva, Il 61434. {right off of Rt. 34 on the western edge of Galva}, on 

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8TH, 2020    AT 10:00 A.M.

TRACT I: This Tract consists of 7.48 +/- acres located on the north side of Centerville Rd. This Tract is improved with a 3 bedroom brick home built in 1963. The main floor of the house has a nice sized living and dining area, kitchen, full bath and ample closet space. The basement is full with much potential containing a wood burning fireplace, partial bath and laundry room. A lg. breezeway connects the house to a 2 stall garage. There is approximately 1.5 acres being hayed with the remainder in trees and yard. The well is in need of repair but water and plumbing are working.
